AI leadership training · For owners with 5 to 50 people

Your team is already using AI.
Lead it.

I'm Joshua Hale. I help owners lead AI adoption in their business. We find where it helps, build the systems with your team, and keep the judgment in your hands.

Based in Bellingham, WA. Working with owners over video.

Lead the work

AI is in the building.
Give it some direction.

A team member pasting client notes into a chatbot. Three tools nobody agreed on. A draft that reads well, with facts someone still needs to check. These are the kinds of situations an owner needs to lead.

Someone has to decide how AI gets used, who checks the output, and what happens when it's wrong. That decision is yours.

We work on those decisions together, then put them into practice with your team.

Leadership AI training and team adoption

Five places the work lands

01

Leadership working sessions

Decide with it before your team uses it

Private sessions where you put a real decision on the table and work it with AI in the room. Pricing, a hire, which service to cut. You learn to question what it tells you before anyone else on your team has to.

02

Hands-on team training

Get fluent on your own work

Hands-on workshops built from your actual responsibilities and your actual business. Your proposals, your follow-ups, your weekly numbers. Your team practices on work they need to do.

03

A working pilot

Improve one thing your customers notice

We pick one offer, service, or part of the customer experience that could be better, and build a small working pilot. Run real work through it. Keep it if it holds up.

04

Written rules and ownership

Give your team shared rules

What AI is used for, what it isn't, who reviews the output, and who owns the result. Written down, agreed on, short enough that people actually follow it.

05

An AI use and information map

Know what's at risk

A plain map of where AI is used in your business, what information goes into it, what needs a human to check, and what happens if it fails.

Start with the decision or workflow your team needs help with.

How we work

Decide. Build. Prove. Hand over.

  1. 01

    Decide

We map where AI already touches your business and pick the one change worth leading first.

  2. 02

    Build

We build it with you and the people who'll use it. Workflow, rules, and review in place.

  3. 03

    Prove

Your team runs real work through it for a few weeks. We check results and fix what breaks.

  4. 04

    Hand over

You keep the system, the written rules, and the judgment to change them without me.

Four to eight weeks, with scope and price agreed before work begins. Ongoing support is available afterward if you want a second set of eyes each month.

AI helps with the research, writing, and setup. You and your team keep the judgment.

Questions about AI leadership training

What is AI leadership training?

It's practical work with the owner and team to decide where AI helps, use it on actual business tasks, build a small pilot, and agree on shared rules for reviewing the output.

Who is this for?

Owners of businesses with 5 to 50 people who want to lead how AI gets used in their day-to-day work. You can commit a few hours a week for four to eight weeks.

Do we need to choose AI tools first?

No. Start with the work and the result you want. We choose tools around your needs, cost, and the information involved.

How long does an engagement take?

The work runs over four to eight weeks. We agree on the scope and timing before work begins. Ongoing support is available afterward if you want a second set of eyes each month.

How much does team training cost?

We agree on scope and price after the Discovery Call, before any work starts. The team engagement is scoped around your business and the people involved.

Does this include legal or cybersecurity advice?

I don't do board governance, cybersecurity audits, or legal risk assessments. If your situation needs one of those, I'll say so on the call and point you to someone who does that work.

Your business. Your judgment.

Decide how AI gets used
in your business.

Tell me what's happening with AI in your business right now. If I can help, we'll agree on scope and price before any work starts. If I can't, I'll tell you.
