Visiting this website
The website is hosted with D&D Labs. Hosting services receive technical connection information, such as an IP address and requested page, to serve the website. Hosting and security logs are separate from newsletter records. This website does not run advertising pixels, session recording, or marketing analytics.
Email and booking
When you email Joshua, your email address and the information in your message are used to handle the conversation. Discovery Call links open Cal.com, where you provide the details needed to book a call. Cal.com, connected calendar services, and the meeting service process information needed for scheduling and the meeting. Booking a Discovery Call also subscribes you to Joshua’s newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in a newsletter. Review the booking page before submitting your details.
Newsletters and resources
Newsletter links open Beehiiv. Signup forms describe the newsletter or resource being requested. Beehiiv processes subscriber information and email delivery information, and its services can measure opens and link clicks. Existing MailerLite subscriptions and delivery sequences continue to operate during the migration.
You can unsubscribe using the link in a newsletter. Unsubscribing from marketing is different from requesting deletion of information held in other services. For help with either, contact Joshua.
Courses, resources, and video
Course and community links open Kajabi. The memoir manuscript opens Notion. These services process information according to their own functions and privacy terms. The About page includes a YouTube video using its privacy-enhanced embed domain; loading or playing the video connects your browser to YouTube. Privacy-enhanced mode does not mean that no information is sent to the provider.
Keeping and managing information
Contact, booking, customer, and subscriber records are held in the relevant email, calendar, Kajabi, Beehiiv, MailerLite, and customer-management services. There is currently no single fixed retention schedule across these systems. Joshua does not sell this contact information.
To ask what information is held, request a correction, or request deletion, email jh@joshuahale.io and identify the service or interaction involved. A newsletter unsubscribe does not automatically delete a course account, booking record, or prior correspondence.
